1960. Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of
Cosmonautics. Professor of the Department of Dynamics and Flight Control of Rockets
and Spacecraft at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Professor–Consultant at
Harbin Institute of Technology (China). Chief Research Scientist at Keldysh Institute of
Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Author of over 200 scientific
publications in the field of space flight dynamics, optimal space trajectories, lunar
trajectories, space navigation, asteroid and comet impact hazard problems, history of
