The challenge of terminal control of linear non-stationary discrete dynamical system with vector control is examined. Based on the technology ofzero divisors the conditions for obtaining a unique solution of the problem of terminal control, built a lot of decisions are described, an approach to obtain approximate solutions is suggested.
