The paper considers the problem of constructing random input data models for simulation model systems. There has been discussed the possibility of using restricted continuous distributions for input data modeling in the absence of experimental data by using expert evaluation of input data parameters (minimal, maximum values, mode). The functionality of software for input data modeling has been described by means of bilateral power-series distribution and beta-distribution.
