Kazakovtsev Viktor P.

Viktor P. Kazakovtsev graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1958. Professor at the  Department of Dynamics and Flight Control of Rockets and Spacecrafts, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Full member of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics n.a. K.E.Tsiolkovsky. Author of 130 research publications in the field of ballistics and flight dynamics of space and descent vehicles.
