Vladimir V. Betanov is Deputy Head of the Center of Joint Stock Company Russian Space Systems. He is the Head of the scientific school of the theory of solving generalized ill-posed problems of experimental ballistics; a corresponding member of Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences, a member of the governmental expert commission on the use of the global navigation satellite system GLONASS for the benefit of civil consumers. Vladimir Vadimovich is the author of scientific papers on solving computational problems in automated systems of ballistic-navigational control of various types of aircraft, as well as developing ballistic data special software of rockets and space vehicles.
