Dmitriy K. Dragoon is Chief Specialist of KB Motor, a FGUP TsENKI branch, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics n.a. K.E.Tsiolkovsky, member of the Public Council under the Roscosmos State Corporation, Full member of the Russian Engineering Academy and of the  Russian Academy of Cosmonautics n.a. K.E.Tsiolkovsky, Professor of the Launch Rocket Complexes Department, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He is a major specialist in the field of designing ground-based equipment for missile systems, the calculation and experimental studies of complex structures. Author of over 100 scientific papers and inventions in the field of design and testing of launch complexes.
