This paper discusses possibilities of using Maple program package by junior students of higher education institutions for self-verification of their assignments on physics. Selfverification is the key component of every technical project and also is primary element of education and self-study in natural sciences. Various methods and means of selfverifications are shown on example of carrying out students’ assignment on damped oscillations.
