Laboratory complex to test the element base and electronic products resistance to linear and angular overloads

The paper describes a laboratory system based on the 40-mm light gas gun (working gas is helium) to test the element base and separate modules of the explosive devices under conditions close to a real gunshot. The system generates a linear acceleration pulse of the container projectile with the objects under study at amplitude of up to 70,000 g and a half-width of ≥ 0.6 ms, and additionally it ensures synchronous rotation of the projectile at a speed of at least 75 rps. Experiment results are presented on activation of the SDS-1M and SDS-3 ampoule current sources developed by the NIIKhIT-2. The experiments were carried out under the following impact parameters: linear acceleration maximum amplitude 22,000 g, half-width ~ 1 ms, angular acceleration ~ 3·105 rad/s2.
