The theoretical basis for the definition of inertial and elastic characteristics of granular medium on the basis of the resonance method was developed. The comparison of the analytical calculations with the experimental data is demonstrated. The results of the research of hydrodynamic characteristics of granular media impregnated with a liquid are of interest in the scientific and practical aspects for hydroacoustics and marine geophysics.
