Physical features of ice outgrowth forming in an aviation engine when ice crystals and a mixture of wet phases exist in the atmosphere are considered. A mathematical model of phase transitions of ice crystals during their motion along the duct of gas turbine engine is developed. The equipment arrangement for conduction of engine testing under conditions of ice crystals and mixture of phases is offered.
