A design of effective ozone generator is developed in which a ground electrode has the glass-enamel barrier while a wire spiral that is closely put on it is a high-voltage electrode. It is established that an ozone generator with surface discharge and an ozone generator based on barrier discharge have identical technical characteristics up to the ozone content in oxygen ranging from 40 to 50 g/m3.
