The comparative analysis of algorithms and technologies of modern intrusion detection and prevention systems, and also methods of processing of the network information is carried out. The architecture of perspective intrusion detection and prevention system with hardware virtualization components and multi-layer arriving from sensors information processing system is developed. Simulation modeling of system components is led in the Matlab environment.
