The problem of estimation of the angular velocity of pointing direction by the results of measurements of the distance and velocity of longitudinal motion in spacecrafts rendezvous process is considered. Analytical solution of the estimation problem was received. The numerical calculations of the problem of estimation the angular velocity of pointing direction were given.
