The main components of any technique are interrelated methods, focused on the successful implementation of any activity. In this article development problems of related methods, aimed at major design problems of relational database design solution are based on information tabular style. These problems include: the problem of transfer completed table to a relational view, the problem of normalization of the completed tables, the problem of the specific key fields in the completed tables, the problem of formation links between the completed tables, the problem combining and splitting of the completed tables; the problem the applicability of modern theoretical developments, problem of the applicability of modern practical developments.
