Kalman filter for estimation spacecraft's angular attitude using star tracker is developed. Mathematical model with nonlinear control law and characteristic of momentum wheel is linearized. Adaptive algorithms for var-covar matrices are researched. Influence of Kalman filter's initial errors on its work is considered.
