The main purpose of this research was to analyze the ideas of joint and several information economy and to explain why it is used as the main organizational and economic theory instead of the term "economics". According to joint and several information economy, modern information technology and decision making theory (including expert technologies) make it possible to create information and communication system on the basis of "open net society". This system is designated for revealing people’s needs and for organizing the manufacture to meet them. Predecessors of this movement are V.M. Glushkov, S. Bir, P. Kokshott, A. Kottrell and others. The idea of their research is in predicting the development of future society ant its economy, creating organizational and economic methods and models, designated for improving the efficiency of controlling processes.
