The base peculiarities of nuclear forces were considered. A new model of atom nucleus was proposed. It corresponds to the great part of experimental data. It gives the possibility to predict the new type of isomer of atom nucleus, to understand the general reason for atom nuclei radioactivity, to ground the reason for dramatic increase of neutron stability at its being included into the nuclear, to explain the higher stability of "magic" atom nucleus, to ground the reason for big enough fragments formation at the radioactive nucleus destruction, to determine the way for the calculation nuclear forces.
