The model of universal nano-satellite designed for electrodynamic Gun launch is developed. The estimated nano-satellite launch and stabilization system works equally well in space and in planetary atmospheres. Stabilization of the nano-satellite is not achieved by the rotation o] the object, that allows solve the target problem.
