(b.1949) graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1977, Ph.D., Head of Underwater Robots and Vehicles Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Head of Underwater Systems Department of the Special Machinery Research Institute of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, author of more than 70 publications, author's certificates and patens for invention in the field of underwater robotic system design, developing propulsion means and other actuating systems for unmanned and manned underwater vehicles.
