Tairova L.P. graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1972. Ph. D. (Eng.), senior researcher of the Research Institute for Special Mechanical Engineering of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, assoc. professor of "Spacecrafts and Launch Vehicles" and "Rocket and Space Composite Structures" departments of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 80 publications in the field of experimental studies and design of composite materials and structures.
