A.I. Prilutskiy (b. 1959) graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute n.a. M.I. Kalinin in 1982. Ph. D. (Eng.), assoc. professor of "Cryogenic Technology" department of the Institute of Refrigeration and Biotechnology of the St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics. Author of 46 publications, an educational manual, a patent and an author's certificate of RF.
