V.N. Mitrokhin (b. 1938) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical in 1966 and the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1971. D. Sc. (Eng.), professor of "Radio-electronic Systems and Devices" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, chief researcher of Research Institute for Radio-electronic Technology of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 120 publications in the field of technical electrodynamics, microwave antennas and devices.
